Home Ground is hunting for a permanent workspace this year- and we are open to any suggestions!
We are Wellington based, and run three practical projects each year, two in the community and one in Arohata prison.
As we are project based, we have limited funding. We want to find a space that we can rent for three weeks at a time, and deliver follow up workshops once a week. However in a perfect world we would find a space we could call home...
This is our wish list:
- An easy to find space in Lower Hutt, Petone, Newtown, or Tawa, in a neutral area (eg not next to a pub!)
- Natural light, wooden floors
- One main workspace, with a smaller room attached (office)
- Access to a kitchen and bathroom
