Episode 7 will be available on Wellington Access Radio Wednesday 30th of July 2025.

In this episode, Kaizah shares a piece of her story — in her own words, and in her own sound.
She’s called it: Destruction of self, reconstruction through community. It’s a raw and honest reflection on where she’s been, and the journey she’s taken to rebuild — with the help of the people, places, and spaces that held her along the way.
Kaizah gives thanks to the many rooms that have supported her healing — from mental health and addiction services, to ACC counselling, Home Ground, the City Mission, Te Paepae Ariki, NA meetings, her bedroom, and the family rooms where aroha lives.
These are the spaces that helped fill what was torn away. And this kōrero is a reminder to all of us: we do heal — and it does get better. So, so much better.
It’s heartfelt, unfiltered, and full of life. This is Kaizah’s voice, her sounds, and her offering.
