We are sad to announce that Tana has moved on to the next part of her journey. But! we are excited for her as she is off to study, re-invest in herself and her mātauranga māori.
Tana has been with Home Ground for over a year, rolling with us through a crazy time of covid, our first full transition to online delivery, our journey to Te Tairāwhiti and all the ups and downs that drive us forward on the sea of growth and change.
Tana started with us holding a strong commitment to supporting people to navigate the community after institutionalisation. Having spent many years working in the Mental Health sector, we were lucky to have her with us for so long.
Her beautiful waiata, strong charismatic performance energy and being able to make the best fry bread ever kept her going as a solid favourite in the facilitation team!
